MUNICIPAL OFFICIALS
The municipal government of Carmen is composed of a number of offices, which are under the direct control, and supervision of the Municipal Mayor. National government agencies devolved to the LGU are now also under the direct supervision and control of the Local Chief Executive. The national government maintains supervision over these devolved agencies only on the implementation of government programs.
The elected and appointed officials of the Municipality of Carmen are able and competent person held in high esteem in their respective group they represented. They are known for their sincerity in pursuing the development of the municipality.
